Hi, I'm Paolo.

I'm a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, and yes, Bonandin Bookkeeping is named after me. That's on purpose. When you work with me, you always know exactly who's looking after your books, and my name stands behind every number I deliver.

I started this business for a simple reason: I want to help people. You work hard to build your business, and too much of your time can get swallowed by paperwork. I'd rather take that off your plate, so you can make better decisions, feel more in control, and get some of your time back.

02What software do you use?

QuickBooks Online. I'm a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, so your books are set up and kept the right way. If you're on spreadsheets today, I'll help you move over.

03I'm a year behind. Can you help?

Yes. Catch-up work is quoted separately as a one-time project, and then we move you onto a monthly plan so it doesn't happen again.

04Do you prepare tax returns?

No. I handle your bookkeeping, payroll, and the payment of payroll and sales taxes. For income tax returns, I'm happy to work alongside your CPA or tax preparer, and I can point you to one if you need it.

05Do I need to be in Bastrop?

No. You can work with me fully online across Central Texas. If you're local, I'm happy to meet in person.
